Have you ever waken up at night in a cold sweat wondering "Do I have enough to cover that check I just wrote for the house? Oh shoot I should have called the credit union and transferred the funds from my savings account." Well you can do this and more 24 hours 7 days a week with Beacon Line.
Beacon Line is PSE Credit Union's newest way of having access to your funds. All you need to know is the phone number (1-800-407-3800), your account number and the last four digits of your social security number to gain access to your accounts.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BEACON LINE
* Before you dial the number, have your account number and social security number handy.
* Dial 1-800-407-3800; after the greeting, press “1” for account access or “2” for PSECU information such as rates and office hours.
* After pressing “1” to access your accounts, enter your credit union account number followed by the # symbol. Your account number is typically a four or five digit number followed by two zeros (the zeros are officially part of your account number). For example 1234500#.
* The audio teller will then ask you for your personal identification number (PIN). Initially this has been set as the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number. You may then change the PIN once you are into the system. Enter your PIN followed by the # symbol. For example 4444#.
* After the audio teller has matched your account number with your PIN, the system will present you with the following options (you do not have to enter your account number and PIN for option “2” (PSECU Information)).
* Press “1” for Balance Inquiries”
>>1. Share Savings Inquiries
>>2. Checking Inquiries
>>3. Certificate Inquiries
>>4. Loan Inquiries
>>5. All Other Inquiries
>>>>1. Year-to-Date Interest
>>>>2. Previous Year-to-Date Interest
* Press “2” for Transfers and Withdrawals
>>1. Transfer Between Savings and Checking Accounts
>>2. Transfer Between Savings/Checking Accounts to Loan
>>3. Loan Advance
>>4. Check Withdrawal from Savings or Checking Account
* Press “3” for Account History
>>1. Share Savings
>>2. Checking
>>3. Certificates
>>4. Loans
>>5. Payroll Postings from PSE
* Press “4” for Other Features
>>1. Change your Personal Identification Number (Pin)
