Electronic Bill Payer (EBP) makes paying your bills as easy as clicking a button.  All scheduled payments are debited from your checking account on the date that you specify.  PSECU's totally free Electronic Bill Payer (EBP) account is accessible through online banking.  You can locate it under "CU at home."

Think of the money you will save with the ever rising cost of postage.  Enrolling is quick and easy.  Simply print out and complete the form below, mail it or drop it off at one of our branches.  Processing your enrollment form will take 2 to 3 business days.  We will send you an email letting you know that you may activate your Electronic Bill Payer (EBP) account through online banking.  At that time, you can begin using Electronic Bill Payer (EBP) to make your payments with ease and convenience.
